EMAIL SENT 02/26/08 Alley Kids’ Moms, I have updated the website to reflect the schedule for the coming week. Of note, we are meeting tonight from 5-7:30 and again on Friday from 5:7:30. We will have dinner for all your ladies each night so if you want to pitch in a couple of greenbacks that would be great. The T-shirts will arrive on Friday and I want to thank Steve and Kelly for getting these printed. If there is a snow day tomorrow, than showoff day at Jeff Road will be pushed back to Thursday at the same time 10:40 am. Saturday is our competition and Details will follow once I get them. You can check out the kids official logo at http://alleykids.com/. This was a lot of fun and was work of all the kids after they picked the smiley face logo by Melanie as a base to their concept. Please make sure that for showoff day, the girls each have their costume – brown or tan pants with the colors pink, blue and green. Each one was assigned a word that describes their outfit – either Fashionable, Fun or Fit. For showoff day, since the T-shirts will be in Friday, please have your kids wear one of their own shirts that matches (as close as possible) one of our colors. To help to cover the cost of the vehicle, I am asking each family to donate $30 towards the vehicle. Right now I have the Cuis as paid, the Dunnigans helping with the T-shirts and the Buggies donating Bike and Wheel. Since we opted not to get the Orange OM shirts and had our own custom OM shirts made, I ask that each family donate $10 to the Dunnigans for the shirts. This will help offset their cost. It would be great to have all this taken care of by Friday. There are a few minor things that may not be completed for tomorrow after reading through the problem again. I hope to have the girls complete them by Saturday. These are how to propel the tennis ball 6 feet into a basket using the vehicle (bungee cord, sling shot or levers were discussed) and a forth trick using the vehicle. If these are not completed tonight we will improvise but will make sure they are done by Saturday. Cheers,
Doug
